Do ad agencies have the toughest IT challenge?

David Spark, reporting from CIO Boot Camp at Interop in Las Vegas.

All the tables around the CIO Boot Camp were gabbing away debating who was facing the toughest IT challenge. I sat down at one table where everyone agreed that Craig Huseby of the ad agency Wieden+Kennedy had the toughest challenge. He had to deal with two issues. First was the slow to adopt technology environment of advertising. Second was having to deal with a proprietary media planning and buying system that wouldn't relinquish control. Offering some advice on the subject in the video are Anthony Adams of Think Services and Mark Borte of Open Access Telecom Network.
